Food and Dive

Okay?Today I want to talk about eating before diving.
The food was linked to the fact go wrong in the boat before diving, if you have to pass easily evil, should eat well, avoid the meat fat and heavy meals on all alcoholic beverages.
In the morning of the diving, we should eat at breakfast and fruit, bread, cheese and milk or juice to have a coffee and strengthened. Nothing too heavy for that does not have problem in the boat or has trouble diving.
If lunch, remember the rest an hour after eating and do not eat anything too heavy, so you do not have problems.
The night before the dive, sleep well, relax the body so that it can make all the activity during the day.
